Director

Owner of award winning Finishing Touch Clinic for almost 36 years. Successful Author and Consultant to the beauty industry.

Susan founded Finishing Touch in 1988 and is a driving force, always ensuring that you are offered the most up to date effective treatments. She insists on the highest standards that have resulted on her being a trusted Industry Expert advising and consulting on standards to other Salons, Colleges and the Government. Susan is a National Judge for both Professional Beauty and Scratch Nail Magazine Awards. She is a published author and speaks around the world on business related topics too.

Tracey Moran

Business Manager

Tracey joined our team in 2009 after 15 years experience as a front-of-house manager. Tracey is your first point of contact who effectively and efficiently organises the smooth running of our salon. Tracey has excellent customer service skills and will ensure you always receive the special Finishing Touch experience.

Charlotte Lee

Principal Head Therapist

Charlotte has been with us since 2009 and specialises in advanced skin techniques, tailored skincare programmes, laser and electrolysis hair removal as well as lesion removal with cryopen. Charlotte has recently been awarded the PHAB service star award, the Michelin star equivalent in the beauty industry, only 4 people in the UK have this award.

Vicky Bowes

Principal Senior Therapist

Vicky has been part of our team since 2015. Vicky Specialises in advanced skin therapies and is one of our Skin Experts with expertise in: ZO Skin Health treatments and medical-grade product range HIFU non-surgical tightening facelift, Hydradermie, CACI non-surgical face list, 3D LIPO Face and Body treatments, SHR hair removal, waxing, massages, Cryopen skin pigmentation and skin tag removal as well as manicures and pedicures.

Lucy Barron

Therapist

Lucy has been part of our team since 2018 and specialises in advanced laser, skin therapies and Electrolysis. Lucy graduated from university with a 2:1 BA(Hons) degree in 2021 after 3 years of intensive training studying Advanced Skin Techniques.Lucy is one of our skin experts with expertise in ZO Skin Health, HIFU non-surgical facelift, Environ skincare, smart diode laser, ESR skin needling, Caci, Hydrafacial, and skin rejuvenation.

Sofia Madvedeva

Therapist

Sofia is a perfectionist in all she does and specialises in Massage, Nails, Waxing. She is also highly qualified and has a huge passion for skincare including Zo Skin Health, Environ Skincare, Hydrafacial plus our skincare nutrition programme and new et al cosmetic range.

Ann Oliver Harvey

Semi-permanent Corrective Make-up Specialist

Ann is our sought after Semi-Permanent Tattoo /Make-up specialist with over 25 years experience, and also is an expert in corrective tattooing. Due to her impeccable skills, she also works along-side Private Doctors within hospitals to offer corrective procedures, post operation in areas such as scar reduction and nipple reconstruction. Ann holds fortnightly clinics and has been part of the Finishing Touch Team for over 10 years

Amy joined our team in May 2023 and specialises in all aspects of beauty, advanced skin techniques and non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Laser hair removal, Meso Therapy, Hydrafacial, Lipofirm, Caci, ZO Skin Health and Environ skincare.

Viv Burrell

Medical Aesthetic Nurse

Vivienne Burrell RGN, BSc is our highly skilled Medical Aesthetics Specialist. Viv is an independent prescriber with over 14 years experience in advanced aesthetic treatments and is always at the forefront of the latest techniques due to undergoing continual advanced training. Viv offers the following treatments in her regular clinics at Finishing Touch Clinic including Lip enhancement, Dermal Fillers, Radiesse, Profilo, Line reducing injections, Chemical peels, Ageing hands, Neck lines. All of these follow a thorough suitability consultation and aftercare.
