Consultation: 

The procedure begins with a consultation with one of our skincare professionals. During this consultation, you can discuss your specific skin concerns and goals.   We will then assess whether IPL and VPL treatments are suitable for you.  A patch test will be performed during the consultation and your treatment can begin 24 hours later.

Procedure:

During the treatment, a handheld IPL or VPL device is used to deliver pulses of light to the targeted areas of the skin. The light energy is converted into heat, which helps to stimulate collagen production, fade pigmentation, destroy bacteria and reduce redness. The procedure may cause a mild stinging or snapping sensation, but it is generally well-tolerated by most patients.  The length of the treatment time depends on which area of your body is being treat, But generally lasts between 15 minutes to an hour.  

Recovery: 

IPL and VPL treatments typically have minimal downtime. You may experience some redness and mild swelling immediately after the procedure, which usually subsides within a few hours to a few days. It's essential to follow post-treatment care instructions, including applying sunscreen and avoiding direct sun exposure.

Results: 

Over time, you should see improvements in skin tone, texture, and a reduction in skin imperfections. Collagen production is stimulated, leading to firmer and smoother skin.
